A coin minted by the Emperor Vespasian to celebrate the victory over the Jewish uprising against Romans (66-73 AD). Romans suppressed the Jewish revolt but suffered heavy losses. As a punishment Romans looted and destroyed the most important symbol of Jewish community the Temple in Jerusalem and killed many people. After another rebellion Jews were expelled from their land and were living almost 2000 years, dispersed, without their own country. (Diaspora).
